Can you quote items that are not listed on your site?
Yes, we can provide a greater number of items, and variations to the items on our web site. Please visit our “Request a Quote” page and complete the form with the details of your requirement. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Does your price include shipping?
Yes, it does. We offer free delivery to Australia. If your postal address is not in Australia please kindly email us for postage calculation.
Other than the actual item costs and shipping, are there other fees?
No. There are no hidden fees or charges if you can provide print ready file. The price you see is the price you pay. This is the best part of 8BCprinting, you don't need to pay any additional costly setup fees or other hidden fees you will find elsewhere.
What is Matt Laminating?
Matt Laminating is a silky smooth matt plastic finish which is applied to both the front and back of your card. This finish provides a protective coating to your card surface as well as a silky classy feeling. This matt surface can be written on with most ball point pens quite easily.
What is Spot UV Coating?
Spot UV is where chosen areas of your card are treated with a gloss coating over the matt laminate. The business card using a Spot UV finish can be quite eye-catching and create a lot of impact.
What is Foil Stamping?
Our foil is traditional hot foil stamping which gives you a shiny finish. Hot foil stamping involves applying metallic foil to paper stock where a heated die is stamped onto the foil, making it adhere to the surface leaving the foil design on the finished card.
Can I receive a free printing sample to see the quality of your services?
You certainly can. Simply visit our page "Request a sample pack" and fill in your postal address and the sample material you are interested in. We will send them to you.
I want to print something that does not appear as a choice in your product list. Can you still help me?
We are more than willing review any special requests that your print job requires. While we cannot do everything, we can do a great deal more that you see on our website. The more our customers ask for something special, the more likely we will be to make the option available as a standard item on the product list.
What file formats and specification do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, JPEG, TIFF and PSD files.Files must be CMYK, not RGB.
PDF, EPS and AI files: Please convert all fonts and text to outlines and flatten all transparencies.
You may save your files at 350 DPI (300 DPI is the minimum). We STRONGLY suggest sending your file in AI format as it can contain front, rear, spot UV plate, foil plate, and die cutting line in one file. For more details about artwork and specification, please visit guidelines page.
What colour settings should my artwork use?
All images must be saved in CMYK mode between 300-500dpi. Please make sure all colours are nominated correctly as CMYK and are relevant to the job you are submitting. For more detail about artwork and specification, please visit this page.
How much bleed should I leave in my artwork for business cards?
Business cards require 1mm bleed on each edge. 8bcprinting offers guidelines to help you to prepare your artwork files. Please visit this page to download Template
Can I email my file/order to you?

Can I make a change to my order specification or quantity after I placed an order and paid?
No. To maintain our fast turnaround, we process jobs as soon as they are approved and paid. If you do need to cancel a job that has already been approved and paid, you can email or Skype us to check the order status. Please note, that if the job has not been plated and scheduled for production we will be happy to cancel your order and put your payment to credit. If the job is in production status you will be responsible for full payment.
Can I cancel or change my orders after completing payment?
Orders may not be changed or cancelled once approved and paid. In order to provide you with the best price, we operate a fully automated system to process orders. Once your order is approved and paid, it will be locked into printing status immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled.
There is plenty of opportunity to makes changes or cancellations before approval, but once complete, no changes are possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. We hope you understand our need to keep cost down and our turnaround times fast.
Can I make a change to my delivery address after I placed an order?
This should be possible to make delivery address changes before parcels are handed in to Express hub. All changes to delivery address must be made by email, and from the original email address to ensure integrity in shipping the order. Once items are transferred to the Express hub, no changes to delivery are possible.
What currency will I be charged in for my order?
Currency : $AUD. Prices also include delivery to Australia

How much does delivery cost?

What is your shipping method?
We uses Fastway / AU Post / DHL to ship goods.
It is a reliable express service.
My order has arrived damaged.
Should there be a problem with transit damage, please take a photo of damaged goods and send to us. We will give you a respond as soon so possible.
My order has arrived, but something's missing.
In some circumstances, for example, separate big volume goods; we may have shipped items from your order separately. Please review your shipping email to determine the items shipped and the parcels they are shipped in. Multiple parcel shipments may not always be received on the same day.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
Yes, we can deliver your item to your PO Box by AU Post. However, if your item weight exceeds 6KG. It will be delivered by DHL express where an only street address is accepted.
Will all items ship together if I want to place a large order?
We do try to ship all orders together, however, in some circumstances, large volume orders may be split if there are different production lead times and total shipments require more than one parcel.
Can I have different packs delivered to different places when placing a large order?
One point delivery is always included in your order price. Where multiple delivery addresses are required, this will require different shipping and handling fees. Contact us to discuss multiple address delivery requirements.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be available. Please kindly email us. We will return a tracking no.
What is your payment method and process?
We accept Direct deposit. We also use Paypal to accept customer payment. It is a faster, safer way to make an international online payment. You do not have to be a member of Paypal. With Visa, Master Credit card and American Express, just simply follow email we sent to you to complete the Paypal payment.
I do not have Paypal account, can I still place order with you?
YES. By using PayPal to accept customer payment, you do not need to have PayPal account. With credit cards, such as Visa, Master Card, and American Express, just simply follow the email we sent to you to complete the payment. It is a faster, safer way to make an international online payment.
Can I pay after receiving the goods?
No, 8BC Printing requires pre-payment on all orders. Any amount due to 8BC Printing, which is not paid, will result in non-process of the order.
